Christian Community Upset That Tonéx Announced His Comeback To Gospel Concert

Tonéx‘s recently shared that he’s back and ready to blaze the gospel stage.  The 38 year old megastar has announced that he’ll be performing at his first concert under the Tonéx moniker in 10 years at the historic Howard Theatre in DC on September 15th.
Of course not everyone was pleased to hear that the prodigal son is returning to his gospel roots. Some church folks are crying shame on the church for not covering and encouraging Tonéx in love while he was going through his hurt. Meanwhile others are saying he’s still lost and he need  to chose today.
But through it all God never turned his back on us. Anthony Williams, aka Tonéx aka B. Slade is one of the most talented singers.
